I’m wonderstruck by your amazing piano playing skills. That’s something to behold. I bought “O Holy Night” and hoping that one day I’ll be able to play it. I’m 78 and started learning piano during the pandemic. If I could practice all day it would make me happy but I have a bad left thumb that tells me when to shut it down. I love your arrangements very much but I have a lot to learn before I can bring “O Holy Night” to life.

Relearning after TIA to syncopate rhythm, transpose and remember😊 so going back to basics with your notes has been very helpful in reinforcing note recognition .
Currently learning 2nd part Sekhemet as still find changing keys stop and start .

The challenge of this delightful piece is to keep a steady tempo throughout. Like Bach’s music, it looks deceptively easy but to keep the tempo steady, the notes clean, and still have good musicality requires real skill. I’m determined to learn it!!

When I discovered that David was accepting commissioned work, I didn’t hesitate for a moment.
