Top notch pianist. Another set of amazing tunes, beautifully constructed and played. Even a touch of an orchestra in there, which really works.
This is a really fun song to play! It’s hard to find piano music nowadays that I thoroughly enjoy playing and this piece is definitely a favorite!
This is an awesome arrangement. The way the two songs are combined in the last part of this song is brilliant. I highly recommend this piece.
David never ceases to amaze with his compositions, whether for piano, organ or harpsichord. Vivat Rex is another of David’s gems.
I love „Incantation“. Whenever I listen to it, it makes me happy, full of energy, puts a smile on my face. Thank you!
A fantastic piece which I’m practicing, having played the piano version. Worth listening to David play it to inspire!
I bought the book Reinvention by David (not the first) because I was interested in some compositions. Among these are illusions. I thought that the instrumental accompaniment part was inside the download folder but it wasn't like that. I'll do a better search on David's site. I really recommend the purchase!
This is amazing masterpiece. I dont remember any other piece which you raise on very top in the first listening. There is no other organ piece which has beautiful melody from.beginning to end. Just beautiful.
This piece is very accessible and immediately delightful. Lifts the mood and comes easily to the fingers. I love this piece!
Excellent arrangement - full of energy and spirit. Can’t stop playing it - a joy to the soul.
Hello David! I am enjoying this piece. I really like the delicate sound this piece has and the rather dreamy feel that it has. Thank you for another wonderful piece of music.
What a fun and exciting piece—written well and coherently and a great piece for more advanced players who are feeling like they want to do something outside of the “classical-realm.”
In the tradition of the great masters, "Lancelot" is a formidable etude with a beautiful melody and propulsive rhythm. The piece is great for training dexterity and stamina, and is a lot of fun to play!
Thank You David for this piece!
This transcription of a favorite takes a glorious choral work and adapts it into a piano solo that is sonorous, challenging and yet, playable. This is the only adaptation of this song I’ve found and it does not disappoint. The word “triumph” seems befitting the arrangement and subject matter.
It would be better for intermediate pianists, to have the piano fingering, thx
