This song is one of the most incredible songs I have ever heard! As soon as I heard it, I just had to play it myself and I immediately began searching online for it. I was thrilled when I found not only this song, but a treasure trove full of more musical wonders. WOW! I love how you can listen to his music before buying. I can’t wait to learn this masterpiece and delve into his other music as well!

I'm an amateur piano player with little to no knowledge of music theory, but this is one of my favorite contemporary pieces. It has a very unique sound to it and fits nicely around the hands.

My son enjoyed working on the piece titled Deliverance. It was a very challenging piece, especially getting it up to tempo. He liked the fast-pace, syncopation, and wide range. As in other David Hicken songs expect multiple key changes. A couple of spots he had to adapt intervals that were too large to play in one hand. Overall, he had a good experience learning and memorizing this 11 page piece and played it for a recital.
