Fractured

This piece of music actually took me from sad, to peaceful. Playing it is a bit like gazing into a campfire. It somehow moves one to a different space. I am so grateful for this piece!

This piece is an excellent example of an easy-to-play piece where you can concentrate on the musical expression and not be slowed down by technical difficulties.

As always, I find David Hicken's music unique, touching, and heart-felt. This surprised me, as it is a bit shorter than most of his masterful works. However, I still love it, as I do all of his music. I was able to sit down and play it right through. It is relatively simple but touching. I am never disappointed by his works.
