Among other piano arrangements of Holy Night, i chose to play this one at my conservatory's Christmas concert. Mr Hicken gives in his arrangement that touch of divine mysticism and calm intensity that this piece requires, making it hauntingly beautiful in every aspect.

I purchase this arrangement to learn to play at a friend’s funeral. It is their favorite number. This arrangement is calm and easy listening compared to other arrangements with dynamics more suitable at the end of a peaceful calm Holy Night rather then grandiose. Thank you.
