    Inspiring

I love all of David’s compositions and this book is no exception. The fact that has the annotations for the pedals and some fingering is of great help to me. Another gem to enter my treasured collection of David’s works.

    Refreshing classic

This music is beautiful to study and play—it pulls all the right heartstrings. The sheet music is written well, and the music flows, so it’s simple to decipher. Magic through the fingers, like medicine to the ears.

Tales From Siam - Another amazing collection of music!

I am a long time fan of David Hicken’s wonderful music and have several of his books and CDs. I recently purchased Tales of Siam and I am happy to have it. I was first drawn to “Elegy for Our Times”, a beautifully sensitive, haunting piece. I do also enjoy working on his faster pieces. They are challenging, but fun to play and so worth the effort to master! “Wishes” is another slower, sweet song that feels almost like a lullaby. TALES of SIAM is a very nice collection of David Hicken’s inspiring music!!
