Collection: Harpsichord
All of these pieces can be played successfully on the piano, and in order to make them more universally accessible, I have indicated dynamic changes instead of manual changes for harpsichordists.
On a two-manual harpsichord, the softer passages should be played on the upper manual (back 8), and louder passages played on the lower manual (front 8). The performer can choose whether to couple the manuals, or make use of a 4' stop.
When appropriate, a harp or lute stop may be used.
